  1. Introduction:
    • Thank you for using ECHO, a bot for the chat and social platform Discord. By using ECHO, you indicate that you have read and understand both our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
    • This is a legal agreement between echobots.gg (“I”, “We”, “Our”, “ECHO”, “Website”, “Us”) and you (“Your”) for using our bot(s), website, and other related services. By using these services, you agree to follow our Terms of Service.
    • To fully understand and agree to these terms, you must read, understand, and accept Discord Inc.’s Terms of Service.
  2. License:
    • You may use ECHO and its services for any commercial and non-commercial purposes, excluding intellectual property such as brand names and logos, which may only be used for non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code from ECHO.
  3. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By using our bots, website, and other related services, you indicate that you have read, understand, and will abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at all times.
    • In compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service, you must be 13 years or older to use our bots, website, and other related services.
  4. Changes to the Terms:
    • We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion, at any time. The most up-to-date version will be available on our website at echobots.gg/terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and stay informed of any changes.
  5. Service Usage:
    • We prohibit any form of harmful behavior by users of ECHO’s services, such as spamming, harassment, illegal activities, and sending advertisements and spam.
    • We prohibit any form of access to our bot or website using automated technology such as bots, self-bots, scraping, or other software.
  6. Payments:
    • ECHO provides, in addition to all free services, one paid service: “Custom Branding”. Custom Branding allows you to completely remove all ECHO’s branding and customize ECHO with your own about me, avatar, banner, name, and status by hosting a separate instance using your bot token.     • By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method upon subscription renewal dates via our payment processor, Stripe.
    • If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
    • We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your subscription whenever necessary.
  7. Subscriptions:
    • Your subscription automatically renews on the payment date if selected upon checkout until canceled, which can be done via the account page.
    • If auto renewal fails and we do not receive payment within 24 hours of an invoice being issued, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to your benefits.
    • We are not responsible for managing your subscriptions.
  8. Refunds:
    • All sales of services are final, and we do not offer refunds except in cases where the service provided is non-functional or materially differs from what is described at the time of purchase.
    • If you believe that the service you received does not match the description or is completely unusable due to a technical issue, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Upon verification, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
  9. Intellectual Property:
    • All content on our bots and website is owned by us. Any unauthorized use of this content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
  10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
    • We disclaim any warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, and reliability of the bot.
    • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.
    • If you are a paying customer and are refunded or leave our server for any reason, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will lose access to your benefits.
    • If you are a paying customer and exceed the maximum warnings in our server, you will be jailed and will only be able to access commands to manage your benefits.

  12. Termination:
    • To terminate your use of the bot, you may simply stop using the services or remove the bot from your server.
